I am a mama to Eliana, 12 years old, Alexander, 10 years old, Roman, 1 1/2 years old and a dog mom to a 3 year old Rottie Shadow. I found Fit4Mom when the Cypress location opened in Sept 2023 and instantly fell in love with concept that I could bring my baby. I have enjoyed becoming part of a village and love the positive energy every mama brings and gives to each other. I am excited to help other Mamas find their village and spread the positivity and confidence that I have found.
