Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or training for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon, Run Club+ is for YOU! This all-levels training program is designed around your goals, pace, and lifestyle.

Get a personalized 8-week plan from your Run Club Coach and the support of a community that cheers you on every mile — stroller and all!

Group Session: January 25 – March 21

Includes:

• Customized 8-week training plan based on your goals and experience

• Group runs on Sunday mornings

• Run Club T-shirt

• Access to FIT4MOM On Demand workouts for cross training and recovery

• Class credits for in-person or virtual live classes

• Group chat for weekly education, accountability, and encouragement
