Run Club+ Fall Session
September 14 – November 9
Whether you’re new to running or chasing a personal record, Run Club+ is built for every level. This 8-week training program combines structured run coaching with weekly strength training through Body Ignite — giving you the tools to run stronger, longer, and with confidence.
What’s Included:
• Personalized training plan for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon
• Weekly Sunday group runs led by certified a Run Club Coach
• Body Ignite strength workouts every Monday and Thursday to support endurance & injury prevention
• Motivation, accountability, and a community of supportive mamas
• Race day celebration on November 9
