• In-person: Sunday mornings 7:30AM
• Virtual: Wednesdays 7:30 PM
Classes meet 2x per week. Virtual is a great option if childcare isn’t available and you still want to stay consistent and accountable.
This is a mom-only program (no children allowed), allowing you to fully focus on YOU.
