Former Manager of Client Success turned stay-at-home-mom and now, Social Media Manager. My husband, Barrett and I are the proud parents to our 9 month old son, Thomas. We love to spend time together outdoors, watching Thomas explore and play. I am excited about joining this amazing group and empower other mama's to join as well! That's what I love the most about social media is that you can inspire, encourage and empower others through a post, reels or stories. We are more than a workout class, we are a community of mom's who support one another and have fun while doing it!
